Delivery Details
Youngs will deliver purchases to any location within the ACT, as well as all other locales listed on our website, via company vehicle to your nominated address. Purchases are dispatched on the morning of your requested delivery date.
Should your purchase not arrive on the specified day, please contact customer service on 02 6284 2472 so we can follow up your query.
Upon delivery we may require identification and a signature from you as the purchaser to verify your receipt. Should you not be available to receive your purchase, please contact us on 02 6284 2472 to make acceptable arrangements.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy complies with all the rights guaranteed to the customer under Australian consumer law. Please choose carefully as we do not generally provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
We will provide a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase, providing that the product is returned for review. In this instance, please contact us on 02 6284 2472 on the day of delivery, to organise collection of the goods in question.
